Synopsis
Raúl, an ex-guerrilla, takes advantage of the Venezuelan exodus to train a troop of women. With Lupita, his associate, he designs a prostitution ring in the Caribbean. Tired of a life of abuse, Lupita celebrates her birthday by recruiting a mermaid.
